Improving your Palate 6-8pm
If you've ever wanted to host a dinner party but weren't sure where to start, this class is your answer! We'll show you how to impress friends and loved ones with your epicurean skills. Learn how to cook with wine, get some great recipes, and increase your confidence about wine along the way. We'll teach you how to pair:
- Wine and cheese as an appetizer
- Red, white and sparkling wines with your main course
- Wine and chocolate for dessert
